Jesse Dyson
Director
Jesse is a trade-qualified carpenter with almost 20 years’ experience in the building and construction industry and is a licensed building practitioner.
Jesse’s role in the company is centered around pricing, sales, and development. Jesse is passionate about creating systems to maximise efficiency and to ensure our jobs run smoothly.
As an apprentice, Jesse received the Apprentice of the Year award in the Wellington Regional Master Builders Competition.
Jesse has completed further study in Business Management and Construction Management and has previous experience in Commercial Construction Project Management.

Hadleigh De Reus
Director
Hadleigh is a trade-qualified carpenter and Licensed Building Practitioner who has been in the trade since the age of 17. He loves residential renovations, especially improving a home to a high standard that clients are rapt with.
Hadleigh is passionate about build quality. From very early in his training, he learned that scrupulous attention to detail for every stage of the building project is vital to achieving a quality finish that the client and builder can be proud of.
To achieve this requires constant evaluation of the project all the way through, the builder not being content with close enough is good enough, but striving to achieve a high-quality finish from foundations right through to completion.
